Mid-Senior level shows that this job is not people new to this industry which indicates that you will need to show high quality work like that of what the advertised job asks for in order to have a chance at getting this job.

Pro rata	Having a pro rata salary means you are paid based on how much time you worked based on a full-time salary. If your pro rata salary for a 40-hour week is £20,000 and you only work 30 hours, then your salary would be £15,000
PA	PA or per annum means you are paid for working at the end of the year
Pay on completion	This is where you are paid upon the completion of a job. This could be seen in jobs like construction or web design.
Salary	A salary is a periodic payment from an employer to an employee which is usually specified in an annual sum.
Pro bono	This means professional work undertaken without pay. Typically seen in the legal system.
Voluntary	Volunteer work is where individuals take on work without obligation or payment.
Work experience	Work experience is when a person (typically a young person) works for free with the intent of gaining experience to help get a job.
Advanced and deferred payment	An advanced payment is when an amount of money is paid before a good or service is received. This would mean you are paid before doing a job. A deferred payment is when a payment is received later. Used to pay things such as loans and mortgages.
